Although I fulfill many different roles (wife, mom, former teacher, etc), being both a survivor and a coach are the two roles that have really shaped me into who I am today. This space exists with the intention that survivors won't have to look far and wide like I did for the resources & support they need to help them heal. WebbAbout Me Special Fitness was born from my love for exercise and my passion for working with the special needs community. My autistic younger brother, Riordan, gave me a unique life perspective right from the start, and I am grateful for all he has taught me. The experiences we shared through our childhood shaped me into who I am today.

There are many different childhood memories that I can remember that really made an impact on how my personality is today. Some of memories make me happy, but others make me grow up.
