WebDec 1, 2024 · Ryzen 5 3600 was stuck at 3.8. Today i saw that my cpu was stuck at 3.8 ghz. After some tunning in the bios i changed the cpu core ratio from 3.8 to the normal 4.2 but now it's not having the same behaviour as before were it was at 3.6 ghz and then it will boost at 4.2, so it's stuck at 4.2.
