WebTelus Optik TV Constantly freezing. I recently had fibre put in this spring and rarely had any issues with watching Optik TV, usually a reset would do the trick. But for the last week the picture will become all pixelated and the sound will continue but the picture is frozen until you turn the channel and go back to what you were watching.
