If you recruit some random NPC as a follower (using console commands of course) would you normally expect them to heal themselves over time? I managed to nearly kill one of mine before she could be persuaded to join me, and she now only has 3 HP out of 50. WebI'd recommend extracting my mod's .bsa (there are multiple ways to do this, such as with BSA Unpacker) and putting the .psc files in Skyrim\Data\scripts\source. From there, you can open up the .esp in the creation kit and look at the AI packages, magic effects and scripts I used. Thanks so much for that reply!
