I think that's a bit much a PC. 4e has Flind-Bars doing 1d10 Bludgeoning as the damage and type. 3.5 looks like Flind-Bars have 2 attacks at 1d8 or 1d6 per attack (different sources). 2e Flind Bars are 1d6 or 1d4 damage and some disarming-like property.
