Cyto-fasttm fix/perm buffer
WebJul 28, 2016 · I am planning a CyTOF run that includes a few antibodies which are fixation sensitive. I was advised to apply a 0.4% PFA (10 min) fixation step rather than the usual 2% PFA o/n at 4C or the FoxP3 Fix and Perm buffer for 30 min on ice. Has anyone of you tried to run cells which were "lightly" fixed?
